The service was lacking in friendliness and helpfulness, with a focus on profit maximization rather than guest satisfaction. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the lake, yet not offering the best possible views. Dining options were underwhelming, with limited choices and cold eggs. However, the experience was redeemed by the good and healthy food. Though the Welsh pastries were a nice touch, they couldn't elevate the dining experience significantly.
